Ammo Paste is a new broad spectrum worming paste for horses with Abamectin & Morantel Tartrate.

Anthelcide EQ

To keep a horse worm-free you need to kill their eggs. Horses are born worm-free, but that doesn't last long. Eating grass, sniffing droppings and ingesting eggs or larvae can all lead to worm eggs in a horses gut.

The infection level that results is determined by the type of worm drench you use and the degree of pasture contamination.

Because of the insidious and continuous nature of worm infections, your control programme should focus on killing the eggs before they hatch, and this is where Ranvet's ANTHELCIDE-EQ plays its vital role.

Anthelcide-EQ has a powerful ovicidal action which kills worm eggs. It is the ideal stud drench.

A single female round worm can lay up to 200,000 eggs a day, meaning there can be a massive worm infestation if eggs aren't killed early on.

Equest Plus

With the addition of praziquantel, the new Equest Plus now controls tapeworm in addition to other major gastrointestinal worms and bots in horses. Tapeworm in the horse is a cause of colic and its control is critical to any worming program.

Equest Plus Tape is the only horse wormer that is long lasting. with re-treatment recommended after 14-16 weeks compared to after 6-8 weeks with other wormers.

Equest Plus Tape is also the only horse wormer to have a registered claim to control encysted small strongyles in a single dose. Small strongyle worms hibernate or “encyst” in the lining of the horse’s gut and can cause colic.

Equest Plus Tape has a unique gel formulation that dissolves rapidly on the tongue, very important for fussy and difficult horses. The dial up syringe is designed with a narrow barrel to allow easy access into the side of the horse’s mouth and deliver the right dose every time.

Equimax

Equimax worm drench effectively kills every worm, including tapeworms and bots, in horses.

Up to 100% kill within 24 hours against tapeworm. Up to 100% kill against large and small strongyles, pinworm, stomach hairworm, intestinal threadworm, bots, ascarids, neck threadworm, large mouthed stomach worm and lungworm.

Equimax is the only broad spectrum antiparasitic for horses that is totally effective against equine tape worm and all other equine worms, providing an unequalled level of endoparasitic control.

Equimax paste should be delivered direct to the horse’s mouth. Measure amount to be given to horse on graduated syringe 1mL/20kg bodyweight. 1 syringe of Equimax will treat a 600kg horse. Insert syringe end high into the side of the horses mouth. Quickly push plunger into syringe, up to the graduation while still in the horse’s mouth. After depositing Equimax on the rear of the tongue, immediately raise the horse’s head for a few seconds to ensure the full dose has been swallowed

Equimax LV

Equimax LV is an oral Broad Spectrum control against agent for horses in alow volume paste presentation. For treatment and control of all equine parasites including tapewroms and bots. Equimec Horse Paste

Equimec Paste is an anthelmintic for horses which is effective against large strongyles, small strongyles, adult and immature pinworm, roundworm and hairworm.

Equimec is also effective in preventing and treating threadworm, oral and gastric stages of bots, lungworm and adult intestinal threadworm. The product can also be used in the control of summer sores and cutaneous onchocerciasis.

The paste can be used on horses of any age including pregnant mares and breeding stallions.

Each syringe contains sufficient ivermectin to treat a 600kg horse. The syringe plunger is graduated in 100kg increments.

Equiminth

Troy Repel X is a non aerosol insecticidal and repellent spray. It is effective against flies and biting insects and can be used on horses and dogs.

Repel-X provides fast killing action against fleas and flies and offers effective repellency against flies, mosquitoes and other biting insects.

Directions: Spray the animal lightly for a few seconds with a sweeping motion from head to rear. Apply twice daily when infestations are severe. Avoid getting spray into animals eyes.

For animal sheds, spray the inner walls thoroughly and any other place where flies and insects settle. Re-spray as necessary. If irritation occurs discontinue use - consult a veterinarian.

Repel X comes in 125mL, 500mL and 5L containers.

Oximinth Plus

Virbac's Oximinth Oral Paste Wormer for Horses is for the treatment and control of Adult Roundworms, Blood Worms, Red Worms (susceptible strains - Cyathostomum spp and Triodontophorus spp) and Pin Worms in horses.

Oximinth Plus also contains dichlorvos to provide bot control. One 25mL syringe treats a 500kg horse.

Eraquell Pellets

Eraquell Pellets are effective against large & small strongyles, pinworms, roundworms, hairworms, large mouth stomach worms, neck & intestinal threadworms, bots, lungworms, summer sore skin lesions. 

The cereal presentation is readily accepted by horses, making worming easier. If the pellets are initially rejected by a horse, mix them in with a handful of grain or feed.

The pellets are safe for pregnant mares and breeding stallions but are not recommended for use on foals.

Farnam Worma Drench

The perfect solution for horses that are difficult to drench or paste. Worma Drench is an affordable 'pour in' to feed worming that can also be administered as a drench or by syringing into the mouth.

Worma Drench is effective against all common worms, while the active ingredient works faster and lasts longer than other BZ drenches. It does not treat or prevent bots and tape worms

Strategy-T Paste

Strategy-T Paste is a broad spectrum anthelmintic for horses. The two compounds contained in Strategy-T combine to provide a high level of efficacy against small strongyles, including benzimidazole resistant strains, large strongyles, pinworms, and large roundworms.

Strategy T also kills more than 70 per cent of tapeworm activity, and is safe for foals, pregnant mares and breeding stallions.

STRATEGY-T comes in a Vanilla flavoured paste, and uses minimal packaging, making it better for the environment.
